STLLR Gold Inc. reported initial assay results from its 2026 drilling program at the Jonpol Deposit, part of the Tower Gold Project in the Timmins mining camp of Ontario. The highlight intercept returned 16.52 grams per tonne gold over 5.85 metres, with a true thickness of approximately 3.30 metres. Additional results included 1.46 grams per tonne gold over 22.65 metres, including a higher-grade interval of 5.27 grams per tonne gold over 3.15 metres.
The results come from early drilling focused on expanding near-surface mineralization at Jonpol. The deposit is located within the Garrison Property along the Munro Fault, a structural feature related to the regional Destor-Porcupine Fault Zone. Gold mineralization occurs within structurally controlled alteration zones hosted in mafic to ultramafic rocks and is associated with felsic intrusive bodies.
The 2026 drill program is targeting extensions of the Jonpol open-pit mineralization, where the current strike length is about 400 metres. Ongoing work aims to extend this to approximately 1,200 metres, with the deposit remaining open along strike and at depth.
The company stated that the results support continuity of mineralization and reinforce confidence in the geological model as drilling continues across the Jonpol extension area.
