McFarlane Lake Mining Limited has reported additional drill results from the Golden Lake Deposit at its wholly owned Juby Gold Project, located west of Gowganda, Ontario. The latest drilling intersected long intervals of gold mineralization and identified an unexpected hanging wall mineralized lens that expands the known mineralized footprint near the current open-pit outline.
Hole GL26-83A intersected 179.1 metres grading 0.87 grams per tonne gold beginning 34 metres below surface. The interval included 15.55 metres grading 1.58 grams per tonne gold, including 6.9 metres grading 2.33 grams per tonne gold. Hole GL26-83 returned 155.0 metres grading 0.90 grams per tonne gold from 65.85 metres below surface, including 11.4 metres grading 2.37 grams per tonne gold.
Both holes intersected gold mineralization approximately 250 metres before the targeted mineralized area, confirming a previously unknown hanging wall mineralized lens. The westernmost drill hole, GL26-87, intersected 93 metres grading 0.89 grams per tonne gold, extending the strike length of the Golden Lake Deposit from approximately 750 metres to 1.9 kilometres. The deposit remains open to the west and at depth.
McFarlane Lake Mining Limited has also completed eight drill holes at the 826 Zone, with assay results pending. Grade-control drilling is continuing at the Juby Deposit in preparation for a planned 2027 bulk sample, while an updated mineral resource estimate is expected within two to three weeks.
