McFarlane Lake Mining Limited reported new diamond drilling results from its Juby Gold Project in Ontario, highlighting continued expansion of gold mineralization at the Golden Lake deposit. Drill hole GL-76-72 intersected 0.95 grams per tonne gold over 92.6 metres, including higher-grade intervals of 1.72 grams per tonne gold over 23.9 metres and 3.46 grams per tonne gold over 7.15 metres.
The results further extend the mineralized envelope at Golden Lake and support the presence of a broad gold system with multiple higher-grade zones within wider mineralization. The company noted that the intercept adds to previously reported results from the same area and confirms continuity of gold mineralization along the target zone.
The Golden Lake deposit forms part of the larger Juby Gold Project, where ongoing drilling is focused on expanding known zones and defining the scale of the system. The latest results demonstrate that mineralization remains open and continues to be extended through step-out drilling.
McFarlane Lake Mining stated that exploration work at Juby is ongoing, with further drilling planned to test additional extensions of the mineralized zones and support future resource growth across the project.
