McFarlane Mobilizes Third Drill at Juby’s 826 Zone

May 26, 2026

McFarlane Lake Mining Limited (CSE: MLM, OTC: MLMLF, FRA: W2Z) announced on May 26, 2026 that it has advanced geophysical targeting work at its 100%-owned Juby Gold Project, located west of Gowganda, Ontario, in the southern Abitibi Greenstone Belt. The Company has mobilized a third drill to test strike extensions of the 826 Zone toward Golden Lake, approximately 1.6 km northwest, with 10 to 12 holes totalling 1,000 metres planned.

Working with consultant Geoscience North Ltd. and Laurentian University geophysical students, McFarlane has compiled over 20 years of magnetic and induced polarization (IP) data across the project. A focused 3D IP model over the 826 Zone has outlined chargeability and resistivity features that align with the Company’s geological interpretation, generating multiple priority drill targets along the suspected strike extension.

Approximately 10,000 metres of a planned 13,000-metre drilling program have been completed to date, with two drills currently active on the Golden Lake deposit. The 826 Zone has emerged as a priority following recent drilling that intersected near-surface gold mineralization. The Company cautions that geophysical anomalies are exploration targets only and drill testing is required to confirm gold mineralization.
