STLLR Files Hollinger NI 43-101 Report

Jan 10, 2026

STLLR Gold Inc. has filed its NI 43-101 Technical Report for the Hollinger Tailings Project in Timmins, Ontario, supporting the company’s maiden mineral resource estimate and advancing its strategy to reprocess historic mine waste. The report serves as the technical foundation for the previously announced resource, providing detailed geological, metallurgical and economic data to support ongoing evaluation and permitting work.

The Hollinger Tailings Project comprises tailings deposited from historic milling operations at the once-famous Hollinger Mine. The NI 43-101 Technical Report establishes an initial estimate of gold content within these tailings, with supporting data from extensive drilling, sampling, and leach testing. Filing the report enables STLLR Gold Inc. to proceed with confidence into permitting, economic studies and stakeholder engagement while positioning the project for future development.

In conjunction with the filing, STLLR Gold Inc. has appointed a Vice-President, Human Resources to support organizational growth. The new executive will develop and lead human-resources strategies as the company expands field programs, technical teams, and corporate functions. Leadership noted that staffing investments are critical as the business transitions from early-stage exploration and reporting toward operational milestones.

The combined technical and organizational developments reinforce STLLR Gold Inc.’s intent to advance a new model of tailings reprocessing, unlocking value from legacy materials while addressing environmental liabilities.
